If you’d like to see all the temples in Thailand, you’ll need more than a couple of days. There are countless temples spread all over the country. If you have limited time, it’d be wise to start with the most well known like the Wat Arun Temple (Temple of Dawn) located in Bangkok Yai district in Bangkok.
This Buddhist temple is a top landmark in the country. It was built in the early years of the 19th century during the rule of King Rama II. Its central prang, a Khmer-style tower, is adorned with brightly colored porcelain. Its height is about 70 meters.
