A lovely commune in the region of Haute-Normandie in the northwestern part of France, Etretat is both a farming town and tourist destination. It is nestled right along the coast of the Pays de Caux area, and is northeast of Le Havre.
The place is most famous for its awe-inspiring cliffs, which include the renowned three natural arches and the “pointed needle”. The Porte d’Aval and Porte d’Amont, which belong to the three natural arches, can be viewed from this town. The third arch is called the Manneporte but it can’t be seen from Etretat.
