The photo seems to have been taken from a scene in a fantasy film. But this is a real place that exists in real life. It is a path that leads to the Halnaker Windmill in Sussex, England. Not only would you enjoy a stroll along this pathway but once you reach the windmill, you’ll be treated to the beautiful sight of a structure built in the 1740s.
The tower mill is situated on the Halnaker Hill in the northeastern part of Chichester. It was constructed as a feudal mill for the Duke of Richmond. It was functioning properly until it was struck by lightning sometime in 1905. The incident damaged some parts of the windmill including the windshaft. Restoration projects took place in 2004, and now, it’s among the top tourist spots in this part of England.
