There are many fascinating attractions that you’ll get to see when you’re on a vacation in Giverny, France. Some of the top places to visit include the Church of Giverny, Museum of Impressionisms, and the historic sites in Vernon.
Of course, you can’t miss its most famous destination, which is the House of Claude Monet, where the world renowned impressionist painter has resided for more than 40 years. He lived in this house from 1883 to 1926. Because of his penchant for gardening, he built spectacular gardens on his land, and these can still be seen up to this day. World War II destroyed some of the parts of the house but after some renovations, it became open to the public in 1977.
