Neslted in the upper portion of Manhattan in New York City, Central Park is said to be the “most visited urban park” in the country. It is also one of the world’s most famous film locations.
This park, which covers an area of 778 acres or 315 hectares, has been opened to the public since 1857. The U.S. Department of Interior has designated it as a National Historic Landmark in 1962. It has many interesting attractions that you should visit like the Belvedere Castle, Blockhouse, Burnett Memorial Fountain, Delacorte Theater, Fort Clinton, Tavern on the Green and Victorian Gardens. The park is especially stunning during the autumn season.
